The honest version of this job

This isn't front desk. You're the only person most customers ever deal with, what you tell them, they believe. You'll quote work, get it authorised, run the daily schedule with the shop floor, and catch problems before they turn into complaints. Get it right, customers stay for years. That's why this role is paid properly and why we're picky about who does it.

$85–95k base + KPI bonuses on retention, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
